- The Tickets which are once delivered for any specific day can’t be rescheduled or exchanged in any condition.
- Bring your Photo ID with you as it is needed to be presented at the time of Entry for Safety and Identification purpose.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund will be given if the Cancellations made before 6 hours of the tour departure time.
No refunds are possible in the case cancellation made within 6 hours of tour departure time.
The refund will be promptly processed once we receive your refund request and a refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years will be considered as an infant and there will be no entry charges.
Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as a child and charged as per child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and as per charged adult rate.
