Excellent Trip

The Cruise experience was very good. The customer service and food was also appreciable. All in all it was a memorable experience on the cruise sailing along the beautiful dubai marina. The best part was the dance performance and the way in which he pulled us all on the dance floor for an eventful evening.

The New Year Party in Dubai Creek organized by Rayna Tours was the best way to ring in the New Year. The decoration and the lighting system made the lower deck as bright as daylight. The live entertainment kept us engaged in the party throughout the cruise duration. The sumptuous dinner, the New Year's cake, and champagne at midnight added to the celebration. Excellent evening with beautiful view of the Creek and a decent performance by the Dancer. Booking ticket experience was however very disappointing. First off card wasn't working with the app and website and I had to send an email to the team to book only to be told that the discount offered on the website doesn't apply and felt I was being cajoled to book another package. Really disappointing.

While the boat ride itself was great, it started 30 minutes after the expected time. The food was cold when it was served and the quality was also sub-par. We were expecting to eat 5 star delicacies but were given very average Indian food. Only the hummus, khuboos and salad were local flavours.

Rayna Tours is a fairly nice org. in tourism field. I preferred them over others. I was satisfied with my decision making. They indeed made my tour of Dubai a journey to remember & specially Dubai Dhow Cruise.

The employees at Rayna Tours are very well & supportive as I exp. While my Dubai trip. That was my first overseas tour for any purpose. I loved the whole tour package and the best of all was Dubai Dhow Cruise.

We visited Dubai on 16th December 2016. This was our first visit so obviously we were not fully aware of all the attractions and places to see in Dubai.Mr. Hatim Ali was a great help in this regard, he helped us book tickets for the Burj Khalifa and the Dhow cruise along the creek which was fantastic. He gave us great advice on what would be the best things to see during our stay and the best way to get there.I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend you see Mr. Hatim Ali who was at the Flora creek deluxe hotel.. We met our travel consultant, Mohammed Zakriya, at Flora Al Barsha Hotel. He realy helped us having a great time in Dubai. He aswered all of our questions concerning the trips we made. He even explained us a couple a roules for Dubai and he recommended us great trips. We had a safari experiece trip (best experience in Dubai with excellent services), Abu Dhabi trip (great guide on the road, but don't eat where he says because it might take you a lot of time from visiting and it's prety expensive) and a Dubai Creek in Dubai Marina area (totaly recommended). We also booked scuba diving but unfortunatly we were not able to do it because of the weather. Mohammed Zakriya helped us to refund after making a phone call and he was realy helpful for us. He is very dadicated and you can see that he does his job with a lot of passion. He never had a day off as long as we were there (8 days). What an amazing day in doing this full day tour with Rayna Day Tours viewing the many sights of Dubai...the travelling experience was fantastic with a Tour Guide who had a lot of knowledge about the city and who also gave time to explore the different sights on our own..the travel on the coach was really comfortable and the cruise on the Dubai Creek to the Spice and Gold Souks were brilliant...there was so much to see and I can honestly say that I had a brilliant time and would recommend this trip to those who are intertested in seeing the old and new of Dubai...

The service provided was great. The activities and food was also good. They could improve the Dhow cruise trip if they can add a running commentary about the history and development of different areas or highlighting about various buildings as the Dhow passes through the creek

We had the finest and one of the most memorable experience of dhow cruise with Khaleej. I have experienced dhow cruise at Dubai Creek several times but Khaleej was exceptionally good. Firtsly i have to thank Dalrina for her excellent arrangements and prompt service. The cruise took off right on time and well served with welcome drinks. The dining was the best and we had the variety of choice in Arabic cuisine. Entertainment on board was very good and my entire family enjoyed it a lot !

During my 4 days stay in Dubai, I had taken 5 of the good tour packages with Rayna. The desert safari, city tour, dhow cruise with dinner, Atlantis hotel dinner and a couple pvt Breakfast at the Al Burj Arab. I must say the tour was organised excellent, right from communication to feedback post tour all was done great. My co Ordinator Mr. Mohit and others were courteous and very helping. No loopholes left behind. The cost of all tours has been more than reasonable yet standard well maintained. A very much recommended options for all travelling to UAE.

I booked four tours with Rayna Tours : 1/ evening Dhow Cruise Marina with dinner,2/ Morning City Tour / 4 hours /,3/Evening Dhow Cruise Creek with dinner and 4/ Abu Dhabi Tour / 8 hours/.Everything was excelent - pick up from the hotel,the content of the tours,the Rayna Tours stuff.....They performed my first stay in Dubai with great experience.Congrats ! We stayed at Suha hotel in Dubai. Pankaj was in the lobby of this hotel selling a huge selection of beautiful walks. We bought trip to sail with lunch and private chauffeur, cruise in Dubai Creek Dinner buffe`, wine and entertainment, desert safari with chauffeur included dinner with Corona, followed by Gin / Tonic, in a Beduin camp with entertainment and camel riding. Pankaj organized it also allows the driver to run us straight to the airport after the safari. All tours followed the schedule and all with nice people. I booked tour with Miss. SUMI for Dubai city tour, Desert safari, Dhow Cruise, Abu Dhabi tour through Rayna Tours and Miss. SUMI has arranged our tour very well. She arranged very good car,camp was very nice and clean. Had great time. Hey guys would like to share my experience in Dubai. Had a great time and justified my honeymoon destination. The credit goes to Rayna travelers. They arranged it perfectly for us. Moreover, the arrangement for personal dine with candle light was just perfectly set. The support staff of travelers were very good and supportive. Dhow cruise, Dessert safari everything was just perfect. Surely will plan a trip shortly to Dubai and make sure that I am on board with Rayna as travel partner.

When we came to dubai, russian tour company (cannot tell name) meet us in lobby and said said that if we will take any tours outside, not direct from them, we will never enjoy. but i speak english, so i was searching in the net. Rayna was getting good reviews for safari trip. Then i found book calls: DISCOVER DUBAI in my room and they were in first page. but i didn't call. But when i found their travel desk in one of the hotel located in deira rigga street, it was so nice, that Rayna staff speak russian language! My mother ask me to arrange dubai tour, but she doesn't speak english, and tour company we came is so expensive! I trust Rayna tours and book at first russian dubai city tour. And never regret. Their guide is so knowlegeble)))) After dubai tour, believe me, i was sure of their professional job and book most of the tours avaliable. me and my mom made ourself busy for 10 days and each day was through Rayna tours!!! So, we went: 1) SAFARI: must do! absolutely safe and funny))) and do the quad biking, don't forget 2) DHOW DINNER: we try cruise dinner in creek, we like that and book another one, in marina side. Marina view is better( my opinion) 3) YACHT FISHING TRIP: start early morning but we woke up easy and 4 hours we spent in yacht, not very big, but best size for fishing. We gave all fish to the workers, no place to cook it(( 4)MUSANDAM TRIP: good if you are ok with water and you like swimming and snorkeling( we got russian tour guide, so, it was double funny) 5) DUBAI CITY TOUR: we book ticket for tower khalifa in evening time, and when city tour finish we went upstairs. Recomended. Again special thanks for Rayna tour - they sent us to russian group! 6) MUST DO: ABU DHABI - capital. Must, must, must!!! don't forget your own scarf for visit mosque. Again russian group)))) And we book atlanis waterpark with 2 way transfer, they came in time for pick up and after tour driver was waiting in the same place. And no one driver were late. Everybody so friendly and smiling)) I wish good health for all staff in this company, we will definetly come back and i will give Rayna tours office number for my friends, when they will be coming to dubai. Very friendly staff. I emailed as we wanted to do the creek night boat, the desert safari and the city tour. We got a good discount for booking all these upfront (although payment on arrival on the 1st tour for all the excursions in Dubai) always answered my emails promptly and politely. The desert safari was amazing and not to be missed! So beautiful but note that camel rides etc are not included like they say they are, only henna, food, entertainment and shisha is included! The creek tour was horrendous I could not eat the food which had flies all over and the entertainment had an argument with the captain at one point and stomped off, don't waste your money! The Dubai city tour was fantastic, our guide was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Dubai's history, no question he could not answer, again not to be missed if you have not been to Dubai before a you get an excellent view of areas you may want to visit later on.
