The crew where fantasic sang happy Birthday to me and even gave me a balloon with Happy Birthday on it. The driver who collected myself and my wife from the hotel was called Waqas he was also brilliant he was more like a tour guide of the city, telling us about old and new Dubai and what was being built soon. He pointed out all the interesting places and made loads of great suggestion on where to go and what to see. He was waiting for us when we got back and again was brilliant on the way back to the hotel. I booked for a private tour package with Rayan.1- before the traveling I wasn’t allowed to do web-check in coz they booked my flights as a group..!! Then at the airport in the destination they didn’t arrange private transport, which got arranged after I complained..!! The so called 4* hotel tied up with Rayan Tour is not even 2* hotel standard. The tour guide provided by the Rayan tour tricked me by letting pay extra for food. Whereas I offered him for lunch and he said no and then letting me pay by different tricks.
