DESCRIPTION

Schengen visa is the document issued to the residents of countries which may have mandatory visa requirement to enter and stay within the Schengen territory. The Schengen zone comprises 26 European countries - Austria, Belgium, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

In order to travel to one or more of the Schengen Zone countries one needs to apply for a Schengen. A traveler who wishes to visit any of the above countries for the sole purpose of tourism, family visit or business conference are eligible to to obtain Schengen tourist visa. The holder of Schengen visa can transit through or stay for intended time period in the territory of the Schengen zone for a duration of 90 days within the period of 180 days.

If the trip is a package tour, attach detailed itinerary. Or Ticket Itinerary.
Pre-booked return ticket
Medical Health Insurance of up to 30,000 Euros, covering medical and hospitalisation expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs.

Financial Documents:

Company and Personal Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years.
If Employeed: Salary Slip of the last 3 months.
If Self-Employeed: Registration Certificate of the company.
Original Company and Personal bank statements reflecting transactions for the last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official.
Credit Card Copy or Foreign Exchange Endorsement
Proof of investments such as, fixed deposits, stocks, Mutual funds, national saving certificates, & shares, etc.

Sponsor’s Documents:

Sponsorship letter from the sponsor stating the declaration of support.
Proof of Personal Income of Sponsor.

Socio-professional situation:

Proofs of the professional situation (employment contract, work certificate, and proof of pension).
Or any document relating to the applicant's personal links in the country of residence.

Visa Documents for Minors:

Birth certificate.
Application form duly signed by both the parents.
In a situation where one parent has the child custody, a family court order has to be attached.
If the minor is travelling alone, a notarized parental authorization has to be signed either by both the parents or the legal guardians.

To avoid visa rejection and unnecessary delay in application process, please make sure that documents should meet the guidelines of the immigration.

Validity of passport must be at least 6 months.
Passport must contain at least three blank pages.
Passport must have been issued within the previous 10 years.
Hand written passports are not allowed.

Size of Photo: 45mm x 35mm (height x width)
ust be taken within the last 3 months.
Taken against white or light gray background
The Photo should be without border and showing full face.

A Single entry visa allows an applicant to enter the Schengen area only once and is valid for a particular period of time. The Double-Entry visa lets you enter the Schengen Area twice and A multiple-entry visa allows you to travel in and out of the Schengen area until the visa expires.

6. Is it possible for me to travel to other Schengen Countries with A single Schengen Visa?

A Schengen Tourist visa is a Multiple Entry visa, which makes beneficial for tourists to roam nearby countries or transit through the Schengen Countries.

7. How will I receive my Schengen Tourist visa?

Once Schengen Embassy approves your visa application, we will immediately send your Passport containing the visa stamp and all other original documents on your registered address.

8. Is it possible to cancel my visa application?

Once you fill your visa application form & make payment, then you won’t be able to cancel your visa application.

9. Is it possible for me to make changes in my Visa Application form?

No, it is not possible for you to make changes in your Submitted Schengen Tourist visa applications.

10. If my visa application gets rejected, will I get my visa fees back?

No. Refunds are not possible for a rejected visa application.

Nominal charges and best visa provider

We came across this company with a reference from my boss. And the first experience with Gujju Tours was amazing. They gave me the correct information about the Schengen Visa and the visa fees were also nominal. Previously, I contacted another agent, who told me that I will have to apply for two visas as my trip covered two European Countries. He lied to me and tried to loot me. But, then Gujju Tours told me that we require the only visa for Denmark and Austria.
