Airport Drop-off is only one-way transfer from your Hotel/location to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Please provide detailed information about your location for a hassle-free journey.
Extra luggage is subject to the availability of storage space in the car/van.
Please report at the pick-up location within the given time to avoid the delay in the drop-off.
If any guest doesn’t reach the destination in the given time, it will be considered as a NO show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% refund will be given back.

No refunds are given for in the case cancellation made within 24 hours of tour departure time.

The refund amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as an infant and there will be no entry charges.

Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as a child and charged as per child rate.

Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and as per charged adult rate.

Very punctual driver and great services.

I booked Gujju tours,transfer service for the first time and they did not disappoint me. I send them the location and driver reached my hotel and the driver was very punctual with the timing. He asked me to sit inside and placed all my bags in the car. Thanks!

Smooth and Relaxed Ride

I needed a good transfer service, which should drop me at the airport on time. The Receptionist of the hotel in which I was living, recommended Gujju Tours. I contacted them a day before my departure and made all the bookings. Next day, the driver came receive me from the hotel 15 minutes before time, but I was not ready so I asked him to wait. He waited for 10 minutes and then we headed towards the airport. It was a Smooth and relaxing ride to the airport.

Recommended Service

The driver came 10 minutes late from the mentioned time but that’s ok. On our way to the airport, we got hooked in the traffic jam, but Peter made the traffic bearable. He kept talking with us, entertained us and told some interesting thing about the city. I will recommend their service.

Very good services

It was easy to book my airport drop off online and payment process was also simple. The driver called me half an hour before my pick up, to inform us and told us to be ready. By mistake, we sent him our wrong location, but he cooperated and picked us from the right one.
