Airport Pick Up is only one-way transfer from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to your Hotel/location.
Please provide detailed information about your location for a hassle-free journey.
Extra luggage is subject to the availability of storage space in the car/van.
Please report at the pick-up location within the given time to avoid the delay in the drop-off.
If any guest doesn’t reach the destination in the given time, it will be considered as a NO show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% refund will be given back.

No refunds are given for in the case cancellation made within 24 hours of tour departure time.

The refund amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as an infant and there will be no entry charges.

Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as a child and charged as per child rate.

Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and as per charged adult rate.

Pickup was easy andquick.

My Airport pickup at the Kuala Lumpur airport was so easy and quick. As soon as came outside the airport, I recognized my driver, he had my name in his hand. He took my luggage and we headed towards the hotel. He also gave some knowledge about the city and its life.

Van was clean and well maintained
