IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Guests can redeem their voucher from any of the KL Hop-on Hop-off bus stops. Just show your valid voucher to the staff at the bus stop and that’s it.
The bus intervals or schedules may get affected on some occasions like road closures, bad weather, diversions, traffic conditions, public holidays, and/or in the festive season.
No food and drinks allowed on the bus.
The interval between two Buses is minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Operational Hours: The KL Hop-on Hop-off bus operates from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The last bus pickup is at 7:00 PM or last drop-off at 8:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% refund will be given back.

No refunds are given for in the case cancellation made within 24 hours of tour departure time.

The refund amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as an infant and there will be no entry charges.

Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as a child and charged as per child rate.

Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and as per charged adult rate.

Enjoyed the KL Bus Tour

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. It gave a good introduction of the city, the staff on the bus was very helpful and audio commentary was a good idea. I choose to sit in the air-conditioned deck, as it was hot outside. We took halts at some places and continued the journey.

A nice tour.

This was my first hop-on hop-off tour. I have heard a lot about this, that it’s easy to get off the bus and catch the bus. And that’s true also. I spent some time at my favorite places and got the next bus in 25 minutes. The management was good and staff inside the bus was friendly.

Great Trip.

A Good Experience

The KL Bus Tour was a good experience and the journey matched all my expectations. I wanted to visit the heritage sites as well as the central city. We visited the main spots of the heritage and also the modern ones. Please request the Bus tour to fix the audio commentary as it was not clearly audible.
