IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is only one-way transfer service from preferred location to Singapore Changi Airport.
Sharing and Private Transfer options are available for this tour activity.
Pickups from outside city center locations can be arranged with an additional charge.
You are required to provide us with detailed information on your Flight timings for an easy Pickup.
The Airport drop off will be arranged, depending on the optional Area you selected at the time of your booking.
If any guest doesn’t reach the destination in the given time and it will be considered as a NO show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund.

ü Day time (Private Transfers): 07:00-22:00 hours within the City Center Areas

ü Midnight (Private Transfers): 22:00-07:00 hours with an additional cost.

ü SIC Fixed Drop off Timings - 7:00 am, 8.00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 8:00 pm

BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% refund will be given back.

No refunds are given for in the case cancellation made within 24 hours of tour departure time.

The refund amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as an infant and there will be no entry charges.

Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as a child and charged as per child rate.

Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and as per charged adult rate.

Changi Airport Drop-Off
