- If this tour activity is booked without transfers, guests had to reach the destination, half an hour prior to the departure time of the bus.
- Arrangements of easy Pickups are available from the City Center hotels. And also can be arranged from other areas with an additional charge.
- An E-Ticket for Singapore Duck Tours will be sent to your Email ID. It is requested that please carry a hard copy of your tickets, which may need to be presented at the boat.

Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% refund will be given back.
No refunds are given for in the case cancellation made within 24 hours of tour departure time.
The refund amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years will be considered as an infant and there will be no entry charges.
Children between ages 3 to 10 will be considered as a child and charged as per child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and as per charged adult rate.
