IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pick up and Drop off at the Bhuj city is available at the specified timings.
For senior citizen wheelchair will be provided on an advance request
Tour cost does not include on route lunch & evening tea, if the tourist has proceeded for sightseeing on his own. Medical facilities available 24/7.
Guests are requested to take care of the belongings. As, the Management will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest.
If your train or flight is delayed, you’ll be transferred to the Dhordo Tent City in the next available transfer.
In case of early arrival at tent city, you may be required to wait at waiting lounge till the availability of tent.
Late Arrivals in the Tent City will not entertain the missed meals or other activities.
The other attraction available at the Toran Village such as Food Court, Adventure Zone, Games, Children Play Area, Craft Bazaar and Theme Pavilion with 3D Photos are not included in the Package.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the tents, as per Government Rules.
Guests are requested to follow the House Rules and applicable laws at all the times.

Ticket Policy - Tickets once issued than our system will not allow you to cancel any order.

Child Policy

Children under 0 to 6 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 6 to 11 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 11 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

It was a great trip

It was a great trip. Very smooth and without any glitches. We were 4 couples and all of us booked an air-conditioned Swiss tent. All the tents were perfect, clean and also the tours were perfectly planned. Thanks to Deepak and his team for making our India trip a fantastic one.

Memorable Trip

Fantastic Trip to Rann Utsav!

My kids, me and my husband enjoyed this trip completely, it was fantastic. The tents looked royal, all needed things were there, the staff was helpful, food was yummy, the cultural dance at night was beautiful and everything else also. It was a great experience with Gujju Tours

My family and I had been to Rann Utsav earlier, but it wasn’t at all satisfactory. Previously, the arrangements weren’t proper, the tour manager was rude and rooms were dirty. This time Gujju Tours made the arrangements properly, co-ordination was good with them, and the team is helpful. Everything was great and enjoyable. It was a great experience with you guys. Thanks, for not disappointing me.
